The Beach is our family holiday caravan on Plot 189 at New Beach Holiday Park, on the Kent coast at Dymchurch. It sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms — two twins and a double — with 1.5 bathrooms, and it comes with the largest decking on the site.
Inside is a spacious open lounge and kitchen. The L-shaped lounge seating pulls everyone together in the evening, and the 55″ curved Smart TV has Netflix, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and Amazon Prime pre-installed. There’s surround sound inside and out — connect your own devices over Bluetooth or AUX.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer, with pans, utensils and full crockery and cutlery for six. The bench dining table seats the whole family, and high-speed unlimited wifi runs throughout — happily up to streaming, video calls and remote work.
Beds are made up on arrival with pillows and duvets, and we provide one set of bath towels per guest, plus books and family games for quieter evenings. Gas central heating and hot water on demand are included in the booking.
Entry is keyless — we send you a unique door code the day before you arrive — and parking on the park is free, one of the few places locally where it is. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, and Dymchurch’s long sandy beach is about a five-minute walk from the park entrance.
